Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $69.99 (pre-tax and after discounts).

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 3–5 business days
Shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery within 1–3 business days
Charges for expedited and small orders are calculated at checkout.
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Please Note:

If an order is returned and the final value of the kept items is under $100, the original (outbound) shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the actual cost to ship your order.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but was not received, please contact us within 7 days to initiate a claim with the carrier.
Select items, collections, or sale items may be excluded from free shipping.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and posted exceptions.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays will typically ship the following Monday.
Expedited shipping may require one additional day for handling.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
UsLinenFactory is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases:

No refunds will be issued.
If the package is returned, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays

UsLinenFactory is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges for delays beyond our control.
