We understand that life can get busy—especially when you're planning a celebration. That’s why we offer a 45-day return window from the date of purchase, so you can shop with confidence.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at info@uslinenfactory.com with your order details.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in unopened packaging.

• Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We're a small business and do our best to offer flexibility while keeping operations sustainable. Thankfully, most of our customers love their items and rarely need to return anything!

Important Notes

• Restocking Fee: If more than 50% of your order is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Holiday Items: We do not accept returns on items that are holiday-specific.

• Large Orders: If you're ordering a large quantity of a specific item, we recommend ordering a sample first to ensure it meets your needs.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the items are received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
