How to Initiate a Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in unopened packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We're a small business and do our best to offer flexibility while keeping operations sustainable. Thankfully, most of our customers love their items and rarely need to return anything!
Important Notes

Restocking Fee: If more than 50% of your order is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Items: We do not accept returns on items that are holiday-specific.

Large Orders: If you're ordering a large quantity of a specific item, we recommend ordering a sample first to ensure it meets your needs.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the items are received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
